Production Engineer Functions
The position shall ensure efficient and optimum operation of Feed Milling Equipment to meet the demand of customers at the right time and at the least possible cost.
Operate optimum operation the different Feed Milling Equipment including all utilities equipment.
Maintain upkeep of equipment in assigned section of Feed Milling manufacturing process.
Compliance to quality plans, policies, and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure availability of quality products at the right time.
Ensure safety devices are functional during operation.
Participate in equipment maintenance to ensure 100% availability of equipment.
Data gathering during operation for analysis and improvements and for future reference.
Take the lead during replacement of consumables and or repair of equipment during breakdown.
Analyze data to improve the quality of products and lower indices.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the work area including equipment.
Production Engineer Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical Engineer.
Candidate must have basic technical knowledge / skills to be able to perform the Production Engineer functions.
Candidate must have knowledge in computer applications ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint )
Candidate with basic knowledge in Feedmilling and equipment maintenance is preferred.
Candidate must have good moral character.
Candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills.
Candidate must possess good oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet changing plant needs.
Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Candidate must be willing to be assign in Pangasinan and other regions.
