- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferable)
- Male, ages 25-38 yrs. old
- With license is more preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proven experience in the metal manufacturing industry for at least 2 yrs.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Knows how to speak basic Mandarin Language.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Can work well with Chinese co-employees
- Can work both in production and laboratory area
- With experience in shifting schedule
