Job Descriptions
Injection Mold Setting and Production start up, parameter adjustment
Responsible for scheduling, monitoring and conducting preventive and predictive maintenance of Injection machines and
auxiliary equipments like mold temperature controller, auto loader etc.
Set-up robot take out machine.
Monitor production efficiency and make sure that production targets are met.
Job Qualifications
Related work experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
College graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Proficient in machine operation and parameter setting using Fanuc, Nissei and Sumitomo Injection machine.
Proficient in the identification of Injection process defects, troubleshooting and machine parameter adjustment to correct defects.
