QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineering, preferably Licensed Chemical Engineer.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in a food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Must have the ability to prepare required reports
Must be able to make accurate observations and maintain complete record keeping.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Must be able to use a personal computer including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Willing to be trained.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Willing to render overtime when need arises.
Willing to be assigned in STA. MARIA, BULACAN
RESPONSIBILITES:
Operate and supervise production department
Does site inspection and audit of the plant where he is assigned.
Plans and implements safety programs.
Leading and training production workers; supervise, monitor, and mentor them.
Achieve production schedules and staffing requirements.
Monitoring and understanding of Production parameter
Monitor warehouse stocks
Check integrity of machine parts and process piping before production
Keeps up to date with the relevant laws and regulation for continued compliance.
Coordinates with required laboratory tests for compliance.
Makes detailed report of his/her findings.
Other tasks assigned related to Production Department.
