Job Description
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account.
Advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
dentifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
Preparing budgets for projects.
Analyzing all areas of production and making recommendations for improvement.
Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
Other tasks may assigned related to the job title
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Have Master/License in Engineering is advantage
Experience with CAD software and proficiency in MS Office.
Preferably 2-5 years work Experienced in the related field
