Job Descriptions
Does time and motion study to improve the efficiency of the U-line and Yatai line.
Assists the Production on the Test Production and suggests improvement action.
Assist the Production in investigating and analyzing the defects found and helps to answer the claim to the Production.
Attends the 4M meeting to assist the Production of its needs.
Makes Packaging Standards which are for improvement.
Checks the line needs for improvement of its efficiency.
Issue Request for Engineering Change if there is an improvement in regards to efficiency of the line.
Teach and orient the line in the proper way of assembly.
Checks the line if they follow the Work Distribution List provided.
Provides and makes production layout.
Provides Production Checkpoints to improve quality of the assembly.
Job Qualifications
Requires Engineering graduate, preferably BS Mechanical Engineer
Preferably with experience in the same field
Must have strong communication skills
Must be willing to render overtime
