Job Descriptions
Our company manufactures plastic injected parts for the automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, steering wheel switch knobs, instrument clusters, medical parts etc. Manufacturing process starts from Development, mold making, injection molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly.
Injection Mold Setting and Production start up, parameter adjustment
Responsible for scheduling, monitoring and conducting preventive and predictive maintenance of Injection machines and
auxiliary equipment like mold temperature controller, auto loader etc.
Set-up robot take out machine.
Monitor production efficiency and make sure that production targets are met.
Job Qualifications
College graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Related work experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
Proficient in machine operation and parameter setting using Fanuc, Nissei and Sumitomo Injection machine.
Proficient in the identification of Injection process defects, troubleshooting and machine parameter adjustment to correct defects.

6 months probationary period
Salary increase upon attainment of regular status after 6 months.
Working Schedule : Compressed work week with scheduled Saturday Off
8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday
8:30 am to 5:30 pm Working Saturday
At least 2 Saturday Off per month
Compensation package :
Basic Monthly Salary - Php 17,000 - 27,000 (negotiable depending on related experience)
Position Allowance - Php 500 Meal Allowance Php 500
Others : Performance Bonus (based on evaluation)
