DETAILS OF TASKS
Knowledge of the Delfingen documents:
Production documents
Q S E documents
Manufacturing sheet, Control cards, Labels, Drawing if needed
Understand the procedures and work instructions
Can do transaction of raw material in the work station
Knowledge for the Production:
Understand the raw material drying
Can transact in Saturn (raw material, finished goods, maintenance)
Management on the Production tools
Management of the claims for Production
Able to understand the complete process for Convolute, Forming, Knitting and FDS
Can adapt the different situation in production
Acquire dexterity, calm, observation, respect and confidence
General knowledge in Solar:
Able to use Solar for inventory management
Can monitor production scheduling
Able to declare production scrap per shift
Reporting team indicator:
Understand the indicator for Production performance
Report the monthly team indicator ( efficiency, scrap and overtime )
Conduct root cause investigation for any non conformity found during audit
Provide action plan and countermeasure on Production issues
PPE Guidelines:
Able to understand Delfingen safety management system
Monitor the proper wearing of PPE in production line
Report any potential risk / accident in the existing process
Basic 8D Problem solving:
Understand the handling of non-conforming product work instruction
Able to handle the internal claim issues in Production
Check the effectiveness of countermeasure set in the line
Ensure that the action plan were being followed in the line
Participate and involve for the lessons learned in Production
Basic ISO QMS, EMS and Safety awareness:
Understand the basic ISO QMS,EMS and Safety awareness
Identify the dangerous products and their risks
Wear safety equipment in production area
