Job Description
1. Responsible for providing training to newly hired employees. 2. Make training handouts/modules related to production. 3. Formulate corrective action on all problems encountered in production. 4. Responsible for document preparation for new products such as Molding Procedure and standard working procedure. 5. Conduct troubleshooting and repair of jig and machine. 6. Implement Kaizen activities, 5's, health and safety in the workplace.
Job Qualifications
1. Male
2. Graduate of any engineering course
3. Excellent in oral and written communication skills
4. Flexible
5. Can handle pressure
6. With knowledge in trouble shooting and basic wiring.
