Salary: 25,000 - 30,000With Saturday Schedule
Coordinates and lead project assignment including plans and budget cost.
Leads the validation, design, installation, testing, operation and documentation of processes and work instructions.
Provides technical proposals for new processes in terms of jigs, tools and equipment including specification, guideline, costs and other data required to justify capital expense.
Provides technical support to Production and quality processes, equipment, tools and jigs.
Leads the continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality engineering technology.
Oversees the revision of necessary documents and its protocol.
Controls and oversee documents distribution.
Provides technical assistance to engineers, technicians during investigation of abnormalities.
Conducts training and skill-up to subordinates.
Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Required Experience
Graduate of any Engineering course
With at least 3-4 years working experience in a manufacturing company.
With working knowledge in jigs, tools and equipment including specification, guideline, costs and other data required.
Leads the validation, design, installation, testing, operation and documentation of processes and work instructions.
Coordinates and lead project assignment including plans and budget cost.
With knowledge in interpretation and application of machine drawings and its supporting documents
With knowledge in Programmable Logic Controller and automation experience
