Brief description of the job:
The role shall oversee the operations performance per shift to ensure optimal product quality, line efficiency and reliability, and maximum profit. The main goal of the position is to manufacture food-grade products of top quality and comply with established specifications set by the company for its customers. Moreover, the Production Engineer should ensure that the production lines are always aligned with the requirement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Minimum qualifications:
1-2 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing Companies (Food).
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and with any of the following licenses: Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronics and Communications Engineer, Chemical Engineer, and Chemist.
Preferred training: HACCP, Basic Supervisory Training, and cGMP.
Competencies required: planning and organizing, quality consciousness, good communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving and investigation, people development, and mentoring & coaching.
Technical Know-how: Good Engineering Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
The work assignment is in Madaum, Tagum City.
