Job Description:
Answer inbound member calls
Respond to inbound inquiries from members on Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims, Provider Inquiry pre-authorization and other concerns related to their plan
Adhere to Wipro and project policies in the course of performing his / her role as Customer Service Representative
Perform ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned
Preferrably with minimum of 6 months experience in the call center/ BPO
Applicants with no call center experience may still be considered based on skills required for the job.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to inspire teamwork at all levels.
Ability to identify member/customer concerns & provide real-time problem-solving interventions.
Provide creative, "outside the box" solutions.
Ability to multitask - documenting the interaction while on the call with the member/customer.
