Job Description:
Customer Service Representative for a US HealthCare private insurance client
Answer inbound member calls
Respond to inbound inquiries from members on Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims, Provider Inquiry pre-authorization and other concerns related to their plan
Adhere to Wipro and project policies in the course of performing his / her role as Customer Service Representative
Perform ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned
Good communication skills
Mathematical ability
Good analytical skills
Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
High School / GED
English / Voice
For freshers: Excellent comm skills
For experienced hires: with at least 1 year of Customer Service or US Healthcare experience in a BPO / call center environment
Good command of the Enlgish language
Good comm skills (spoken and written)
Good articulation / comprehension skills
Good customer service skills
