Purpose:
As a Product Video Creator, you will be responsible for assisting deliver on global product vision by creating and delivering innovative videos to help our customers and customer facing staff understand fully our products and how to use them. You will report to the Learning and Development Manager. You will :
be passionate and experienced at building great video content and have a mindset to solve problems and improve customer experience using the video technology.
be able to bridge the knowledge gap between Product and Sales through instructional videos.
be effective at engaging and building relationships with cross-functional teams to understanding their needs and delivering the video content to meet those.
possess great English communication skills (verbal and written).
ability to visualize the product and articulate and deliver video content to ensure users (internal and external) fully understand the complex in simple how to videos.
demonstrated experience working in a building product company and delivering instructional video content
thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires constant re-prioritization based on value delivery.
Work closely with the delivery teams to be able effectively convert the product concepts to video walk throughs
have strong work ethic, be self-motivated, resilient with an attitude to overcome challenges and obstacles.
Job Specific Duties
Design and deliver in collaboration with L&D and Product teams, How to videos for our products
Develop instructional videos for customer facing staff for onboarding knowledge and ongoing knowledge refresh
Work collaboratively and build relationships across-functions and teams and ensure effective communication and work to timelines
Identify and manage key dependencies
Research and stay abreast of relevant industry trends for delivery/design and access of video material for all users
Relevant KPIs
New instructional videos are created and rolled out to be in synch with product releases
Video content are easy to use and meet needs of all users to answer How do I..

Minimum 4 years video creation using products like Camtasia.
Relevant university level education such as media/comms/design
Experience working with Product development teams
Experience in the financial services industry and working knowledge of B2B trade credit and payments a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Creative thinker with vision to translate User Stories to video content
Ability to proficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Be self-motivated and driven to be successful but also work effectively in team environment.
Comfortable working hands-on in a start-up type environment, working in a great office environment
Genuine excitement and energy to be part of the global expansion of a well-resourced, dynamic B2B FinTech business well established in Australia and Manila and launching in the USA
