Core Responsibilities
Meet with managers to establish parameters for the asset to be created
Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each are updated and formatted correctly
Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects
Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
Improve video and sound quality using various video software
Create and update PDF guides matching corresponding videos
Create and update Closed Captioning on all videos
Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to project specifications
Converting scripts, audio clips, and screenshots into a consistent product
Regularly update manager of post-production process of project
General Responsibilities
Support key metrics tracking for the sales and services organization
Record account related activity in appropriate internal systems
Ensure data integrity and quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of data
Manage daily account and customer maintenance, as required
Collaborate with sales and service teams to continually improve processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Document relevant operations process workflow
Other duties as assigned
