If you have a passion for training, an ability to engage learners, and a solid grasp of facilitation techniques and instructional design, we'd love to meet you! In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting classroom and online training sessions, developing training materials, and collaborating closely with leadership to build a strong learning culture.What You'll Do:Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and tenured employeesWork side by side with leadership to develop training materials, curriculums, and learning paths based on industry needsApply learning methodologies to improve training effectivenessConduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutionsDesign and implement interactive learning experiences that cater to different learning stylesTrack and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedbackStay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training programsWhat We're Looking For:Training & Facilitation: Experience At least 2 years of experience in a training or learning & development role, preferably in outsourcing, BPO, or professional servicesInstructional Design Knowledge: Familiarity with ADDIE or other learning frameworksExcellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage learners across different experience levelsAdaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable working with different teams to customize training approachesTech-Savvy: Proficient in e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)Why You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
