Primary Job responsibilities:
» Facilitate new hire, cross-skill, and upskill classes
» Facilitate an end-to-end training cycle on instructional design
» Provide coaching and feedback to trainees on performance-related opportunities
» Prepare regular, accurate, and significant internal and external weekly, monthly, and quarterly Training-related reports
» Facilitate performance improvement activities for agents post-training
» Attend weekly or monthly internal and external calibration sessions
» Issue appropriate disciplinary actions to trainees in conformity to the company guidelines
» Accomplish other tasks assigned by the manager or the manager
Requirements:
Required Appropriate qualifications:
» Bachelor's degree on any 4-year course
» At least 2 years of practice on training delivery and facilitation
» expertiseable on training methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
» expertiseable on coaching methodologies such as GROW and STAR/AR
» expertiseable on andragogy and various adult learning styles and principles
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
» Excellent written and spoken communication
» Willing to travel to other OGS, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, sites when the business requires
Preferred Appropriate qualifications:
» Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts
» Background in healthcare
