- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management and Information Technology
- Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year of work-related experience
- Has an experience in implementation and support of business management solutions
- Background or knowledge in POS, Inventory, and SAP system is an advantage
- Well-oriented in all facets of customer care services
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
Duties and Responsibilities
• In charge of the commissioning, implementation, and support for Standard Products
• Conducts training and orientation for end-user
• Monitors and addresses concerns of the client that may arise
• Perform onsite ticket support when needed
