Providequickandaccuratehandlingofsupportinteractions-phone,chat,screensharing&email.
Handleandresolvecustomerinquiries,questions,complaints,andbillingconcernswiththehighest degree of courtesy and professionalism utilizing all resources available given to Tier1Representatives.
Offer alternative solutions when appropriate if the issue is beyond the representative'strainingandscopeofresponsibilitywiththeobjectiveofresolvingthecustomer'sconcerns.
Adheretoschedules,guidelines,andrequirementsinaccordancewiththeCompany'ssetpoliciesandprocedures.
Requirements:
AtLeastHighSchoolGraduate
