PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER
 
Job Description:
Actively collaborate with the Marketing Team and Partners on leads generation and events
Effectively conduct Product/Solutions Trainings, Updates and Demonstration to Partners & End-user
Effectively conduct Enablement Trainings and Technical Presentation to Partners and & End-user
Timely provide email, phone and the social media response and support to Partners/Clients' solutions and technical inquiry
Timely provide On-site Support to Clients when deem necessary
Conduct site-survey/sizing to assess and evaluate the requirement of the Client
Conduct POCs and actual demonstration upon request of Partners/Clients'.
Assist the Sales Team in the generation of Technical Proposals and Pricing
Collaborate and assist co-engineers in resolving Client's issues
Continuously update product and technical knowledge
Continuously improve presentation skills
Get technically certified based from development program and solution handling
Participate in every development program of the department that deem fit
File and submit reports and documents properly and on time
Job Qualifications:
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
graduate of IT course, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any related experience
must have good communication skills
must have good work values and a team player
PL/SQL, Database & API, Cognitive/AI programming
With experience on the following:
Firewall, Networking, Security products implementation/supporting
Cisco Router on CLI configuration
Windows & Linux Systems Administration (AD, Exchange, SQL Server, Sharepoint)
System Administration with virtual or software defined environment
Network & Security Admin
Server/Storage training or supporting
