Responsible for investigating and solving the issues related to the coreproducts raised by the various teams from different regions across the world. . Should take the responsibility of the cases assigned till the issues aresolved and responsible to maintain the issue tracking up-to-date with thecomplete communication with the issue submitter and the solution . Should possess strong troubleshooting skills and positive attitudetowards analyzing and solving the issues to the client team's satisfaction . Good written communication skills are mandatory with ability to clearly,articulate the message o Should be able to communicate through emails for the issues with thesubmitters with clarity. o The mails should be detailed to a level that the submitter is able tounderstand as the submitters are from different regions. o Should be able to understand the issues reported by the delivery teamsand clearly explain the solutions and reasons for the issues through the mails . Good verbal communication skills to speak to the issue submitters to understandthe issues and to explain the solutions as and when needed . Good interpersonal skills (should have good listening skills, patienceand handle situations in a calm and composed way) . Ability to understand the priorities and solve the issues according tothe timelines expected as the client team projects
