Position : Product Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : M-F, 8 am to 5 pm, EST
Work Hours (MNL) : M-F, 8 pm to 5 am, Philippine Standard Time
Pay Range : $ 900 - 1,200 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting new product development process: new item and SKUs set-up, item stage, and web content updates
Facilitate item lifecycle updates: item attributes management, maintenance and communications,
Maintaining cost and retail updates, proof item details
Supporting the Product Management team with product presentations, product launches, product turnovers
Support data integrity: division, top category, item, and SKU details and data clean-up projects
Work with vendors to receive information and make updates
Follow-up with vendors as requested, for colors, samples, pricing, MOQs, etc.
Work with internal and external partners
Special projects as requested
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Access
Familiarity with Click Up or other project management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills along with the ability to make decisions, often with limited data
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes quickly
A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and quick-to-learn
Highly disciplined, takes initiative, eager to learn new skills, processes, and functions
A quiet, dedicated space from which to work remotely.
Eastern time zone availability (8:00-5:00 p.m.)
PC is required for access to our software
