Job Description
In an Agile development setting particularly in Scrum, the product owner is a crucial role that serves as the bridge between the development team and the stakeholders (customers, users, internal and external business partners, and others).
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business discipline
At least 3 to 5 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferably with PSPO Certification
In-depth knowledge of agile processes and methodologies
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
Experience on e-commerce and related technology is a plus
