Sr. Product Operations Manager
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Product Operations Manager will lead a small team to carry out the operational activities pertaining to Sprout's employee engagement and wellness products. The role requires some experience of the Human Resources/People Operations function. The role also requires interaction with our clients, so some experience on this front would be beneficial. If you are the kind of person who enjoys running a well-oiled machine, and gets a high from client satisfaction, then this would be right up your alley.
TASKS:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of our partner products, including product launches, upgrades, and improvements
Manage relationships with key partners, including communication, problem resolution, and strategic planning
Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to drive product and service innovation
Analyze and report on key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and recommend and implement changes as needed
Perform other duties assigned by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
At least 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of working experience in a Human Resources/ People Operations function
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
Decent project management and organizational skills
Good analytical and quantitative skills
