About The Role
The Remote Operation Assistant is to assist all aspects of product operation remotely - sourcing and procuring, label and regulatory compliance, onboarding key wholesale partners, shipping and fulfillment logistics, inventory management, production forecasting and other duties as assigned.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of day-to-day product operation needs
Coordinate all shipping logistics
In charge of all purchasing needs in the skincare production cycle such as ingredients, supplies, equipment and packaging etc.
Conduct online research for competitive material options and best pricing.
Set up and on-going coordinate with contract manufacturers
Process a mindset of budget conscious and cost controls
Responsible for Inventory management
Responsible for all purchases logistics
Set up on-boarding with partners and on-going coordination on ordering, shipping and product samplings, as well as fulfilling special requests from all retail and wholesale partners.
Special projects as assigned. Duties can change from time to time as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Product operation/Inventory management/Purchasing experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft and technology savvy.
Bachelor's degree required.
Detail oriented and organized with a business mindset.
Work experience with wholesaler/retailer is preferred.
Chemistry background is a plus, but not required.
Strong sense of ownership, responsible and trustworthy.
Salary and Benefits:
Annual salary ranging from $8000 - $9000
