Product Manager
What we are looking for:
MultiplyMii is looking for a Product Manager with a project management background who will be responsible for shaping the SaaS product, and lead all new digital products development. This Product Manager will lead all efforts right from concept, discovery to release and enhancements.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will be accountable for the following:
Vision development and Strategic Thinking: Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to find opportunities to develop a new successful product or improve an existing one. Lead product strategy by harnessing UX research and data collected from different customer touchpoints and gathering imperatives from stakeholders to develop detailed requirements, and the best cost effective way to implement.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis for current, soon-to-be and unexplored customers. Compare similar products that already exist, identify opportunities to enter or disrupt and unharnessed competitive advantage.
User Understanding: Develop User Stories and Use Cases based on UX research to define the product features' behavior and the end-goal user and customer experience, lead the product solution design, implementation and testing.
Project Planning and Execution: Create and own [PRD] Product Requirement Document. Identify priorities, tasklist, risk, constraints and dependencies on the project flow. Map milestones and sprints and to break down deliverables and launch. Create a roadmap, define success metrics in each mile marker. Work with UX researchers to continuously facilitate feedback sessions with customers to validate assumptions to reach product market fit.
Project Execution: Execute approved Product Strategy. Manage projects from inception through execution. Ensure alignment on scope, budget, timeline, objectives, organizational policies and procedures. Facilitate regular stand-ups/scrums with the project team to monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing changes where necessary. Monitor expenditures in accordance with the budget.
Design and Development: Lead the development team in fleshing out the minimum viable product (MVP). Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. Able to pivot or persevere based on results of user feedback.
Quality Testing: Recommend and implement evaluation techniques, define testing scenarios based on use cases. Facilitate internal and external (Functional Quality Testing) and gather feedback and provide recommendations.
Product Launch Assistance: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on how to successfully launch by building customer awareness, defining pricing strategy and choosing the most effective release timing. Provide vital product information and highlights on how to best showcase the product on marketing communications.
Constant product improvement: Evaluate standards of component products. Constantly work on the improvement of existing products, testing, analyzing data, and managing defects. Setup feedback collection mechanisms to gather feedback to identify and fill product gaps, and alter product requirements based on user input.
Communication and Collaboration: Liaise and communicate with relevant stakeholders not limited to gathering project requirements and timely updates. Compile, analyze and present project reports to inform senior leadership on roadblocks, challenges, issues, risks, trends and patterns, and provide recommendations on possible solutions to implement.
Documentation: Ownership of creating and implementing document control policies and documentation templates including processes and SOPs.
About You:
A proven track record in product management, demonstrating a product that you have created and launched into the market.
Strong B2B SaaS product management experience
At least 5 years experience in a project management role
Agile Project Management Methodology practitioner
Technical background, with experience in platform development.
Service experience design background is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle
Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skill
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Highly analytical with creative problem-solving skills and excellent teamwork skills
