We are looking for a Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. You will be responsible on the following areas:
Identify product development opportunities, delivering product enhancements and solving user pain points.
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship product/features in a timely manner
Work closely with the development, design and operations teams to execute the product roadmap
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from identifying user needs, planning the business case to creating products and services that are valuable, usable and feasible
Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Provide product updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management for B2B or Enterprise products
Bachelor or Master's in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent
Significant technical depth and experience working with development teams
Experience shipping and iterating on successful software products at scale
Strong project management skills: ability to prioritize high impact activities
Hands-on experience with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana or Trello
Data driven, impact driven and highly analytical. Preferably someone with deep experience in data and customer insight driven product management.
Prior experience with retail or E-Commerce is a plus Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Ability to communicate decisions effectively to both the technical and business teams
Ability to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information
Ability to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
Must have good presentation and facilitation skills
