Job Description
Identify and manage launch of improvements to existing products Work with relevant project managers to oversee all approved projects for own portfolio, ensuring that projects deliver the required features and benefits outlined in the business case on time and on budget and actively managing risks/issues that may occur to minimize their impact Own the process for prioritizing defect fixes and small product enhancements to ensure that a ?good balance is achieved and that customer reported defects are assigned a suitable priority to ?maximize customer satisfaction Review relevant user documentation and ensure that all changes to products are communicated ?clearly and fully to both internal and external customers to minimize queries raised Manage product quality and cost • Identify opportunities for cost reductions and quality improvements • Integrate consumer feedback into product design and enhancements • Work with Strategy & Operations to improve overall product quality Measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve in features, positioning, price etc Aligns with other product houses on a regular basis to ensure alignment of products being developed. Execute programs across applicable delivery platforms in coordination with Platform Mgmts.
