Job Description:
Know and understand customer and market needs through research and
market data and be able to translate the findings into thought provoking
content and visually compelling features
Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability and having
an acute business sense
Assess competition by comparing products
Create product marketing communications objectives with the Sales and
Marketing team
Work with the Business Development team to create product sales strategies
Market new products with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams
Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results
Requirements:
Passion and problem solver
At least 3-5 years of experience leading major product or growth initiatives
across user-facing products.
Experience in UI/UX and/or Content Marketing will be greatly advantageous
Having a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users
and the business.
Data-minded whenever possible. You deeply understand how your products
work and how to measure long-term impact.
Ability to think big and small to build a portfolio of experiments and larger
features. You are as comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience
as you are optimizing an existing flow and know when to do which.
You build consensus by default but can drive hard decisions when needed.
People love working with you.
You are comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with developers.
