Description:
Develop marketing plans for skin & hair care product line which may include market research, existing line extensions, new product development, collateral creation and pricing, in collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Research & Development, and Regulatory body.
Develop and run reports that summarize and analyze marketing promotional results.
Assess products, samples against desired specifications, develop production plans and manufacturing forecasts and evaluate vendors.
Delivers the operating plans: achievement of growth objectives including market share , revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/ categories of business and / or key customers.
Requirements: * Preferably a Marketing, Communication graduate.
At least 5-10 year(s) of managerial work experience in FMCG or retail.
Able to handle and manage cosmeceuticals or personal care products (skin and hair care)
Salary: ₱45000 - ₱70000
