The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
To support the sales team with the right strategy for the product promotion and to counter the competition in the market
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Introduce and market new products by developing time brand plans with sales, advertising and production
Responsible for reviewing product data and ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products
Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on Company's products and services
Coach subordinates to develop the team's capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
To organize/ support the team in various marketing initiatives and activities
To prepare budget for represented brands
Ideal Profile
Skills Required
Graduate of any four- year course preferably in Business, Marketing or Allied Medical Science
With at least 2 years solid experience in Brand Management including customer facing/ sales experience
Strong knowledge in Dermatology market
Handled dermatology or respiratory products are preferred
Has experience in implementing design & campaigns
Working in a Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
Tech Savvy
