- support sales activities through sales coverage
- conduct training to the Sales group for new business opportunities
- collaborate with senior management on new proposals by ROI/IRR
- create qualifying criteria to determine new potential accounts
- identify customers and market needs/wants for product launch or product upselling
- closely monitor company margin
Market planning to support reagent sales revenue
Identify pricing strategies
Collaborate and create comprehensive annual product plan
Expansion of existing products into new market for competitive installations
People management to implement the marketing plan in support of sales
Product management to promote product awareness
Manage key opinion leaders of top accounts through regular visits or meetings to facilitate needs of customers
Conduct product presentations in conventions
Organize end users meetings for new product or updates
Bachelor's/College Degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Bio Technology, Medical Science or Medicine
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same capacity
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
Has Technical background in medical products and medical diagnostic machines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Success driven and goal oriented
Willing to Travel
