Product Manager assistantTendoPay

We're looking for a Product Manager Assistant that will assist us with the core product and technical decision-making. Expectations are that the candidate will work on the following responsibilities:
Participate in technical discussions internally as well as externally.
Communicate technical design alternatives, limitations and benefits.
Assist in spotting software bugs through customer support tickets
Make internal recommendations to help improve and streamline the technical and architectural processes.
Conduct quality assurance for new features or deployments for both the phone and web application
To help in writing copy for all forms of external communication
Ensure technology standards, patterns and practices are understood and implemented by all teams and partners.
Monitor KPIs for recently launched features and help determine what can be improved
To help address technical concerns from different departments
Conduct market assessments of similar platforms
Job Details:
Remote OK
40 hours / week
Salary to be negotiated
Hours are flexible as you will be overlapping with different business units across multiple time zones.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or equivalent.
Recent graduates or 1-2+ years experience
Has experience in handling UI/UX.
Has experience in launching/helping to launch a product.
Previous work experience or interest in technology is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in Financial Technology.
Have experience in using Jira, Trello, Photoshop, Illustrator
Has experience in handling customer support.
Sufficient knowledge in accounting.
