Job Description
This position is responsible for planning, budgeting and scheduling.
Establish and drive the product strategy and vision for the product group.
Define and manage the product roadmap, setting off and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
Work closely with business groups, engineering, finance, design, program management, legal and other internal teams to deliver products successfully.
Proactively identify and resolve product issues that may impair the organization's ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Implementation of roadmap, strategy, and business models for assigned product and manage product lifecycle.
Leads the product design and drives the delivery to ensure project teams meet the project deliverables.
Champions product lifecycle management for the specific product line, and proactively reviews product performance drivers with the goal of either to reinforce, reassess or retire products.
Deliverables for Product Roadmap, Product Design, Product Performance.
Owns the success of specific products and solutions by developing creative and innovative product strategies that address key buyers challenges and business needs.
Define the positioning and go-to-market messaging and strategies for assigned products/solutions within a defined segment and region.
Build and manage impactful & innovative product launch plans that are fully synced with business and revenue goals and ensure effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and pipeline.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Product strategy and roadmap (e.g. new products)
Ensure timely execution of new offers, new builds, partnerships and capabilities of the assigned product
Monitoring and achievement of revenue target per product
Drivers analysis (acquisition, churn, average revenue per product)
Competitive analysis
Product PNL
Partner management, including contract management and incentives
Business case to support new investments per product
Productization of new offers/products including processes, delivery and integration with internal systems
Internal processes & delivery
Qualifications
Years of exp required - at least 5 year with 2 years relevant ICT Product Mgt experience
Technical skills - general knowledge of cloud and data centers
Must be a graduate of any IT/Comp Sci course.
