Job DescriptionAs a Product Innovation Builder, you'll will innovative amazing products that drives innovation for excellence and good. You'll support and drive discovery, market validation, product market fit, prototyping, MVP building and initial growth.
The Innovation Builder Role
Own and drive product innovation ideation and discovery through prototyping and launch, focusing on excellent execution using a lean startup methodology
Own and collaborate on a wide spectrum of product innovation initiatives including ideation and discovery, low to high fidelity prototyping, solution honing, MVP growth strategy and customer feedbacks
Working with customers to stay abreast of trends and shaping the product direction
Work closely with customers to drive product market fit validations to test market acceptance
Craft amazing product innovations that delight our customers
Collaborate with product designers, engineers and other Globe organizations
Be part of horizon scanning on emerging pain points and trends for consumers, SMBs and enterprises primary but not limited to digital health care services, education, gaming and agriculture
Deeply understand and embody the pain points of the customer
Working directly with the Innovation Lead to support evolving the product innovation and incubation end to end process
Always network and liaise with Globe Group partners (e.g. 917V, Kickstart Ventures) and external partners as VCs, accelerators and startups
Support in developing MVP value propositions and business models
