Job Description

As aProduct Implementation Specialistat Auditdata, you will be at the forefront of empowering hearing healthcare professionals worldwide with innovative audiology and hearing care solutions.
As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring their success through high-quality solutions. You will engage with customers, partners, and super users, providing implementation, configuration, and training for Auditdata solutionsManage/Measure/Engage/Discover. Your role will encompass project management from request to delivery, aligning with customer expectations and gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Work Set-up: Hybrid
What do you need to succeed
5+ years of experience in Professional Services, handling implementation projects.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Strong background in working with and implementing clinical management systems, data management systems, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms.
Experience in business process automation and technical consulting, with a solid technical foundation.
Customer-oriented mindset, actively assisting and resolving customer issues.
Results-oriented with a proactive can do attitude.
Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Self-driven, taking ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
Exceptional multitasking skills, adept at prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Act as a product specialist and expert, staying updated on assigned products and new releases.
Facilitate customer communication regarding upgrades, new installations, and post-delivery reviews.
Conduct training sessions for various stakeholders, including new users, super users, and partners.
Contribute to the development of documentation, troubleshooters, user guides, and training materials.
