Job Description
The Product Engineer's Activities
1. The Product/Usage Field Engineer gathers information on the performance of products and associated services with regards to usage in order to:
- Improve our offer
- Extract the value
- Control risks and generate alarms.
2. He acquires usage characteristics to feed into the DUS/ Usage Condition data, to provide better technical support and report to Principal.
3. He provides technical support and makes recommendations adapted to internal and external clients so that the quality of our product implementation is guaranteed and the risks are controlled.
4. He deals with complaints and minor disputes when required by Sales Reps. He extracts and streamlines client complaints by making a diagnosis and providing the appropriate solution
The Product Engineer's Requirement
o Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or any related course
o Basic technical know how on all aspects of Automobile technology and vehicle sub systems
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to find solutions
o Strong ability to work and communicate with clients, customer service and management
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
