Your tasks and responsibilities
Assume full ownership of production phase products from wafer sort to final test and act as central interface for all product related issues
Execute sustaining programs during products life cycle
RMA analysis
Support Quality department in analysis of field returns
Validation of customer complaint parts through lab setup verification, fault localization using various fault isolation techniques/instruments; up to transistor level analysis
Yield improvement and cost reduction
Cooperation with various departments (Design, Test development, Quality, Test) for continuous quality improvement
Feedback problems and solutions to design and production departments (Design for Manufacturability)
Material review (MRB)
Ensure outgoing product quality through lot data review, analysis and disposition
Your education and experiences
BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience as a Product Engineer or Test Product Engineer from a semiconductor company
In-depth knowledge in analog electronic circuits
Experience in using bench instruments like, oscilloscope, VI sources, DMMs, AWG, curve tracer etc.
Must have a good technical writing skills, good communication skills; proficiency in English spoken and written
Problem solving skills, and must be a team player
Experience in Test development, NPI transfers and/or cost reduction projects are a plus
