Responsibilities:
Work with key partners to identify solution content needs for onboarding, GoToMarket updates, and New Product Introduction of our Customer Experience portfolio
Conceptualize the instructional goals for each audience and build content adherent to goal
Work with Subject Matter Authorities in developing the enablement content
Lead the project from start to end and provide updates to the project's key partners
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in instructional design, eLearning design and development, and/or training delivery
Work experience with Contact Center products or vendors is a plus
Highly creative & analytical
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Has a basic skill level in the following applications:
Google Suite
Microsoft Office Suite
Adobe Suite a bonus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Sense of integrity and ability to develop relationships
