We are looking for Product Development Executive who will be responsible in developing new products and implements industrialization of product-related innovations and renovations.
A day in the life of...
Innovation and Renovation
To lead and organize new product development by:
Close coordination with the Central Recipe Management Team on the compliant formula.
Adopts the CRMT compliant formula to standardize factory recipe taking into consideration the raw materials analysis.
Process Optimization
Identifies opportunities and leads process improvements with objective of lower operation costs and better product quality and safety.
Provides technical support to factory on identifying root causes of problems on manufacturing and product quality issues and giving recommendations or solutions.
Increases the knowledge levels within the manufacturing dept. through training and assists
Competency Building
Performs product and process competency
Provides feedback to CTCU/CTAG on the competency building training material
Supports Knowledge transfer between AG and the R&D community
Contributes actively to the product and process specialist network in the category
What will make you successful
College graduate: Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering or Food Technology or other related fields.
Experience in dealing with Clients, Customers and Suppliers.
3 to 5 years related work Experience
Good knowledge of Unit operations involve in manufacture of infant formula, milk powders and UHT products.
