Brief Job Description:
The Product Development Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing bench test solutions for new products in the MEMS Technology Group. He/she is responsible authoring characterization plan, test methodology, and evaluation reports. He/she will work closely with the Design and Test engineering teams in evaluating products functionality and performance.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. MS units in related engineering field is an advantage.
At least 5 years' experience in a semiconductor test and measurement engineering environment.
Solid background on electronics, circuit analysis and product understanding of amplifiers, ADCs, DACs or Switch/Multiplexers.
Knowledge in JMP data analysis tool is an advantage.
Knowledge in Micro-Electromechanical Sensors and module testing is an advantage.
Strong knowledge in IC test and measurement systems and methods.
Strong knowledge in using bench test equipment such as Source meters, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers.
Knowledge in programming languages such as NI-LabView, VBA, VB.net, C++.
