Squadzip's product management team are considered the keepers of our product. Product Management associates play a critical role in the organization. Among these responsibilities are the following:
Ideating new product ideas and strategies.
Researching new technologies, market trends
Benchmarking and UI/UX design
Provide customer support to Squadzip customers and enterprises on trial.
Provide support to Customer Success, Business Development and Marketing as a product expert both in the office and in the field.
Gather data from customers and existing prospective customers to validate product roadmap, ideas, and assumptions.
Working with development team to manage development timelines
Building content to support external customers
Ownership of customer support and product quality testing functions.
Ownership of product management responsibilities from research, ideation, gathering of feedback, testing, and support.
Digital native/technology advocate that is up to date with the latest apps and gadgets
Detail oriented
