The Product Development Associate will assist in research, innovation, and development of features related to the crypto token "Don." This role will support cross-functional teams to refine product offerings and improve user experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Research market trends and competitor analysis to enhance product strategy.
Work with developers and designers to conceptualize new product features.
Gather user feedback and propose improvements for token usability.
Assist in documentation, testing, and rollout of new product updates.
Collaborate with marketing and community teams to align product messaging.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest or experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency products.
Ability to translate market research into actionable product improvements.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Prior experience in product development or research (preferred but not required).
