Description
1. Develop, design and conduct performance evaluation testing of new A/C system.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop initial design and new proto type unit of A/C system.
Design of A/C Component and Assy Parts related to A/C
system
Design of electrical components necessary for A/C system
design
Establish major components specification (i.e.
Compressor, condenser)
Analyze compatibility of car A/C specifications.
2. Finalize and implement new A/C System and component.
Prepare Bill Of Materials (BOM)
Implementation of VA/VE theme
Provide A/C development schedule and execute DR -
management system
Off Tool sample preparation
Pre- production schedule
Mass production
Lead trial installation
3. Supervise audit and evaluation of system installation.
4. Monitor all technical information and coordinate changes,
innovation and product development.
5. Provide assistance in production runs.
5.1 Coordinate with Process Engineer
5.2 monitor initial production assembly.
6. Provide technical assistance in manufacturing division.
7. Coordinate A/C performance testing in the field and product validation with the different test centers/suppliers.
8. Coordinate with customer's engineers regarding design and development issues.
9. Conduct investigation in field claim with relation to design.
10. Implement TPM activities and practices 5s.
11. Supports the company in its advocacy to a safety and healthy
working environment by adhering to safety and Health
policies, rules and regulations
12. Supports the company in its drive to comply to protection of
environment by adhering to standards set by the company's
Pollution Control Officer and participates in the Company's
recycling/re-use efforts
13. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Male or Female
Graduate of Mechanical or Elec. EngR
Knowledge in A/C System and Design
Knowledge on installation and trouble shooting
Knows how to operate CAD (Solid works, CATIA, Unigraphics)
Able to read and interpret drawings
SALARY: 25,000 - 35,000
