Brief Job Description:
The IPN team is looking for a Product Applications Engineer who will be an integral member in the development, evaluation, and implementation of customer requirements focusing on new ASSP solutions for Industrial and Energy applications. He/She is responsible for authoring and providing customer collaterals like application notes, technical publications, and reference design circuit notes. He/ She will participate in the design and development of customer evaluation boards, and evaluation software for both product and system level applications. He/She will also provide technical engineering support to released products.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. MS/MEng units in related engineering field is an advantage.
3 - 5 years relevant working experience.
Strong electronics, circuit analysis, and product understanding of LDOs, References, Amplifiers, ADC/DAC, and Digital Electronics.
Knowledge in IC test and measurement systems and methods.
Knowledge in using bench test equipment such as Source Meters, Pattern/Waveform Generators, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum/Network Analyzers
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, VB, Python, LabVIEW etc.
Knowledge in microcontrollers, and/or FPGAs is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
