* Responsible for continuously searching possible new suppliers/producer partners and for more new products using indigenous raw materials according to the approved market direction.
* Responsible for recommending, coordinating and ensuring the development of relevant programs and schedules for the development of the producers- Fair Trade Advocacy, Technical aspects, Business Skills Enhancements, etc. in coordination with the Marketing Team
