1) Requesting, review and tracking of Proforma invoices from imported vendors
2) Standard PO creation for total Noodles RM category (local and imported)
3) Scheduling Agreement creation for selected Noodles RM category (local)
4) Ensuring that all PR (purchase request/planned request) of Planning team are all executed and converted as PO
5) Monitor and ensuring that the planning request of change dates in SAP are executed and coordinated with Planning and warehouse
6) Close coordination and communication with Planners for any clarifications and issues regarding all PR-PO activities
6) Maintenance of MS Teams brokers channel for Imported goods (excel and folders)
7) Coordination and Alignment of PO inquiries from vendors
8) Serves as the main link between the Procurement lead and the vendors for general concerns (PO price, shipping docs concern)
9) SAP price update (source list and info records) - currently Ms. Mhilette is authorized to do the updates especially for the categories/spend assigned to her
10) Aid in looking for alternative vendors, alternative materials that is relevant to the cost savings KPI of procurement
11) PR-PO creation of non-standard items that is related to R/PM. Example are those projects under ANA team.
