Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in raising PO's across the client's business
- Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers
- Responsible for maintaining /updating price books
- Assistance with request for pricing for big suppliers
- Responsible for updating inventory items in the system
- Assist Clark AP staff in analyzing AP queries before they come to the Brisbane office
Required Experience
- Preferably at least 3 years experienced in procurement (purchasing, sourcing, supplier and/or inventory management)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business course or Engineering course
- Can speak both English and Tagalog
- Can start ASAP
A Successful Candidate must have
- High accuracy to details
- Must be a team player and can work with less supervision
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with
- MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)
