Shift Schedule- Must be willing to work in the second shift (1 PM-10 PM)
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and Manage Purchase Orders (including resolution of PO-related issues)
Support Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFP) in the e-procurement tool
Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue
Support preparation of supplier's negotiations
Create monthly reports on Procurement KPI's
Key Requirements
At least 2 years of solid experience as a BUYER or PURCHASER, or an ORDER PROCESSING function is required.
Basic Negotiation with suppliers is also required.
Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment would be ideal.
Relevant procurement experience in SAP/equivalent ERP environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English would be expected.
