Maintain and update supplier information, delivery performance evaluation, qualification and product range
Conduct intermediate level stock reconciliation procedures
Support in market research and finding substitute supplier / items
Document relevant procurement activities such as pricing, meetings, complaints etc.
Communicate with the internal parties about the status of orders and deliveries
Track and monitor purchased suppliers, ensuring that goods are received in good condition
Ensure compliance to guidelines of all required documents for Canvass Sheet, bids/Quotation, Invoices, PO creation and letters
Performs general clerical duties and other related tasks as required from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / College degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent
Has 1 year and above experience from construction, fabrication, manufacturing industry or related
Must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills
Having a keen eye for detail
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Good negotiation, organization and planning skills
Good relationships with internal and external clients
Proficient in Microsoft office and purchasing software
Can multi-task, prioritize and deadline-conscious.

Job Responsibilities:
Conducts canvassing of materials - local and international
Maintain and update supplier information, delivery performance evaluation, qualification and product range
